Account & Delivery Manager

Telescope AI is looking for an Account & Delivery Manager to own our relationships with our existing customers and make sure we keep delivering for them. This role sits between customer success and delivery: part account management, part product delivery, with a little sales. You’ll be the person our customers trust to get things done, and the person internally who turns their needs into shipped product.

This isn’t a pure sales role. There’s a commercial element, growing and deepening the accounts you own, but the heart of the job is delivery: managing what we’re building for each customer, keeping them informed on progress, and making sure our development effort is pointed at the right things.

About the role

You’ll manage a portfolio of our existing financial and brokerage customers, acting as their main point of contact and their advocate inside Telescope. You’ll understand what they need, translate it into work for our product and engineering teams, prioritise the development queue accordingly, and keep customers updated every step of the way. You’ll grow these accounts by delivering real, visible value.

In this role you will

• Own ongoing relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, becoming their trusted point of contact.
• Manage delivery end to end, coordinating across product, engineering, and data teams to get features shipped.
• Prioritise the development queue, balancing customer needs, commercial impact, and what’s realistic to deliver.
• Keep customers clearly informed on progress, timelines, and what’s coming next.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements the delivery team can act on.
• Grow and deepen accounts by delivering value and spotting opportunities to do more.
• Spot risks and blockers early, and keep delivery moving without surprises.
