AI Compliance Officer

Telescope AI is seeking a Compliance and AI Oversight Specialist to support our compliance initiatives and ensure we remain aligned with regulations governing AI usage, financial services, and brokerage collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Support Compliance Operations: Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures for AI-based financial solutions, working under guidance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• AI Monitoring and Testing: Participate in monitoring AI activities across our platform, including prompt benchmarking, testing protocols, and identifying potential compliance considerations.
• Client Reporting Support: Help prepare compliance reports for clients, assist with audit responses, and support client communications regarding regulatory requirements.
• Data Governance Assistance: Support data protection initiatives and help maintain privacy standards in accordance with established frameworks.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate compliance records, assist with reporting obligations, and help prepare documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and assist in communications with brokers and external partners on compliance matters.

Who You Are

• Compliance Background: Experience in compliance roles within wealth management, banking, financial services, or related regulated industries.
• Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial regulations (such as ASIC requirements) and interest in learning about AI governance frameworks.
• Detail-Oriented Professional: Strong attention to detail with ability to work systematically through compliance processes and documentation.
• Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working with diverse teams and supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
• Adaptable Learner: Eager to develop expertise in AI compliance and willing to grow with emerging regulatory landscapes.
